Founded in 2010 by Executive Chef Maura Martin, Martin + Fitch is a full-service caterer that provides a complete dining experience, from fabulous food to venue selection, staffing and rentals.  We became part of the Corporate Essentials family of businesses in 2017, enabling Corporate Essentials to expand its offerings to clients throughout New York City and New Jersey, with exceptional workplace dining and distinctive catering for all occasions. 

Since joining Corporate Essentials, Chef Martin has built a culinary team focused on delivering the finest in-office meals, corporate catering, and luxe celebrations. The dishes are inspired by the seasons, prepared with locally sourced ingredients, influenced by global cuisine, and artfully presented.

Executive Chef Maura Martin is the co-founder and creative force behind Martin + Fitch, a fixture on the New York City food scene for many years. Classically trained at the New York Restaurant School and the esteemed La Varenne in Paris, Maura traveled the world extensively, experiencing the cuisines of Europe, Asia, South America, and the Middle East. Throughout her career as a private chef, restaurant owner, and caterer she has cooked for some of the most recognizable names in film, music, fashion, and finance, as well as four U.S. presidents. At Martin + Fitch, Maura brings her eclectic, seasonally inspired cuisine to the worlds of corporate dining and social catering—from working lunches to grand galas and inspired dinners—with experiences long remembered for amazing food and artful presentation.
