Some of our favorite lunches have been: Earth Day with organic locally sourced meats and produce; Hispanic Heritage Month with a Classic Cubano sandwich; Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month with Grilled Hoisin Chicken over Sesame Noodles; and their delicious grab n go salads and sandwiches. My favorite sandwich was the Turkey Reuben with Swiss, Sauerkraut + Russian Dressing on Rye, which we had for St. Patrick’s Day!!"
